Jemna offers a specialised service to the Shotcrete and Underground industry called, “Efficiency Assessment and Reporting” or EAR.  Efficiency reporting can incorporate the project, the equipment and the operators, together or separately.  VOC (Vehicle Operational Competency) is one of the options of these service.​

Quality training is a basis for efficiency.  By evaluating your staff and equipment you can save on consumables, production and time which ultimately equals safe production and quality with premium cost efficiency.  Our services are particularly valuable with projects using used equipment with new staff.   Project Managers and Shotcrete Contractors can now have their operators tested for skills and equipment assessed for deficiencies.
