Project Management / Setup and Consultation

​For larger construction or mining companies utilising their own Shotcrete Operators and machinery, Jemna offer varying consultations and management services:

 
Project Setup

Advise on project costing,  machinery needed with sourcing available.  Staff testing and training. Preconstruction Mix Trials. The division is then able to run on its own from a experienced setup.

 
Project Management​

Overseeing that the Shotcrete Department is working under workplace standards in a productive process.​  Reports of project stage are given with suggestions of improvement.  Available for project term advice.

 
Ground Support Consultation

​Jemna also offer consultations about any stage of a project, when experience and knowledge is needed to problem solve or to get results.
